Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza is an exquisite actress who has left a lasting impression on the tiny screen. The year was 1976. De La Garza was born to a Mexican American father and an Irish-American mother in Columbus Ohio. In the next few years, she moved to Texas in search of the field of physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on different roles as an actor on local independent film as well as international commercials. Even though she had small parts, the actress soon realized that she was drawn to performing. She moved into New York and in 2001 she landed her first role on the daytime soap All My Children as Rosa Santos. During the early part of the 2000s, she appeared in small parts for JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. The role she landed was in the year 2004, on the underrated drama The Mountain. De La Garza, who played Maria Serrano on The Mountain was fortunate to have starred alongside many notable TV stars, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget and Mitch Pilegget. In 2006 she was also cast as A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She was on for 85 of the episodes. Then, she appeared in the Law & Order: LA brief-lived sequel. De La Garza's character received numerous nominations, including Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She has also been awarded ALMA Award nods. The actress was awarded the Impact Award in 2008 for her performance that stood out on an intense television show from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza got a recurring part in CSI Miami a few moments further. She played Marisol Delko and wife to David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. She was the character Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dark drama Do No Harm. The show was ended after two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her parents are from Italian heritage and has a younger brother Cory who is ten years older than her. She was brought up in an orthodox, religious family. Milano began her profession at the age of seven, when her babysitter took her to an acting audition. Four girls were selected from over 1000 hopefuls. Milano was featured on television in commercials and off Broadway productions like an adaptation musical from Jane Eyre.
